Cost of building management includes management, technical services, security guard, cleaning, maintenance for equipment and infrastructure. Hi-Tech will charge those costs per month for each customer.
Hi-Tech installed the Internet system for common area of building. Customers only pay the Internet services fee per month directly to the Internet services providers.
Cost of security guard for common building area shall be calculated in management cost.
